just generally looking for any help on how to notice if people are scamming or not as it's happened a few times now on here and eBay :/ got scammed out of £25 again yesterday by someone but luckily got all his details such as bank info PayPal info and psn name. Nothing I can do but at least I know to avoid next time. Any advice would be appreciated thanks in advance

Just buy from trusted sellers, too many variables to determine who a scammer is due to not knowing what you've bought and where from.

I usually do but sometimes they seem to quite busy so I thought I would try some newer sellers and it's not gone so well :/ was only for some stuff in game on PS4. It's not so bad on here just hard to get replies. Thank you for the advice and reply

Depends on what you're buying. If anything always try to buy legit or from people who you can see have a huge line of customers, talk to them for proof and such if you're going to the black and grey markets. You can't be an idiot and need to know where you are, what you're doing and going to do. I can't begin to tell you how long it took for me to get GTAGODS removed from GTA V's thread because of their scam. Had to submit tons of proof of my own transactions and statements with them. Sad reality, people like me are far and few between mostly because who has the money to burn in black markets like that? 400.00 USD isn't an easy toss away for many. Especially for hacks.

Funnily enough it was actually gta money I was trying to buy :/ I always try to read reviews and look for genuine people but out of the 6-7 times times I've bought of sellers only 2 have delivered. sorry to hear you got scammed too obviously mines merely a fraction compared to how much you lost :/ people like that seem ruin it for the genuine sellers. wish I could learn to hack myself but I have the IQ of a sausage sandwich. thank you for the advice and your reply

Pay attention to the seller reputation. I don't buy anything that looks too good to be true.

If a seller has 1 star, and a ton of negative reviews, that's a dead giveaway.

I noticed you said that you got scammed for a money lobby on GTA, the best way to determined that they are a trusted seller is first always check the proof video, is it on the current title update and do you see they gamertag/psn name etc. The next way is always read the vouches that has been posted, but whiles doing make sure the vouch is from being in the lobby but not asking for a invite. A ton of users always post something across of the line has 'Vouch my GT is Gamertag123'. Your best bet is always go to a Member with a trusted seller badge, People with these badges spent them a long time to earn this title has for my self took 4 years of constant hard of sales, but if these users are extremely busy or offline just follow what I said above and you should be fine.
