So i let this kid i knew for like 5 or 6 years who I thought was a good friend of mine borrow my Xbox because I was out riding my dirtbike a few miles away from home and ran into technical issues and he picked me and my bike up with his truck and he asked if he can borrow my Xbox for a few days and since he helped me I agreed to let him borrow it for a few days like we agreed on. the next day he asked if he could just buy the Xbox from me and I didn't really have a problem with that so I agreed to sell it. he told me he would drop the money off for the Xbox after he got off work and that was a few days (3-4) ago and since then he's been ignoring my texts and I had a few people text him about it but he would leave them on read and at this point I'm not sure what to do. I am moving at the end of this week and would like either the money or the Xbox back. I don't want to take things into my own hands and get myself in any trouble but I also do not know what to do. Any suggestions?
