Hey I have a 2 year old pc which is currently stuck in a bios loop or whatever it's called, the pc would boot up and run but after bios finishes it just goes through the entire process again, I've tried unplugging and replugging my ram and gpu I also made sure to check that the cords were plugged in. I have already took the cmos battery out and put it back in and nothing seemed to work. I think it's my ram but I don't really want to spend 100+ dollars on new ram. Any ideas of what to do?

Parts:
GPU: Zotac gtx960 2gb 128bit gddr5
RAM: Corsair ddr3 Cm3x8gb1600c11n2 2x 8gb
MOTHERBOARD: Gigabyte ga-78lmt-usb3
SSHD: Seagate desktop sshd 1000gb
CPU: AMD Fx-6300

Are you able to make a bootable USB Drive and see if you can load into that(check boot order)? If bios is showing it sounds like you are getting a post. If you are able to boot via usb disk, perhaps something pertaining to your drive may be the culprit.

Try booting with 1 ram stick and without the hard drive. See if you get a post

It is very important to update the bios of the computer as if we do not update the bios or the firmware version of the system, then this type of issues will be there. At one point I have also not updated the bios version and then the system was not booting and it has shown [Minimum post requirement for links] on the screen.

The best way to do this is to download a complete copy of Windows 10 onto a USB stick by using the media creation tool that is available on MS website.

Try booting with a Windows repair tool with a usb or a disk drive
