you need to bypass your plugins , then go into dashlaunch and set liveblock and livestrong to enabled then remove the stealth from plugin 2. then save then remove any usb from rgh and reboot.

in most cases it would boot n reboot is because of a plugin that isnt being loaded properly.

or you can modify the launch.ini on a pc and change the settings that way.

You can use neighborhood. Put flash 360 on your HDD if it's not already and then move your updflash.bin into the root of that folder. Most people just recommend using a USB because neighborhood is slow as shit transferring files on a normal rgh.
