PCPartPicker Part List
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor (£314.95 @ AWD-IT) Motherboard: Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS ATX AM4 Motherboard (£206.59 @ Aria PC) Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory (£74.49 @ Aria PC) Storage: Intel 660p Series 1.02 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive (£97.03 @ CCL Computers) Video Card: MSI GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER 8 GB GAMING X TRIO Video Card (£563.47 @ Ebuyer) Case: Cooler Master MasterBox NR600 (w/o ODD) ATX Mid Tower Case (£69.99 @ Box Limited) Power Supply: SeaSonic FOCUS Plus Gold 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply (£72.45 @ CCL Computers) Keyboard: Corsair K70 RGB RAPIDFIRE Wired Gaming Keyboard (£95.47 @ Scan.co.uk) Total: £1494.44 Can get the K70 with MX Reds or MX Browns instead of the MX Speeds if you like. Add whatever capacity HDD you want/need. There are cheaper RTX 2070 Super's if you want to save a little bit of cash there, Gigabyte and EVGA have some closer to £500 I think. Mouse is entirely subjective, so I'll leave that up to yourself. I'd probably add an aftermarket cooler, but can do that at a later date if it's easier. Be Quiet! Dark Rock 4 or Dark Rock Pro 4 would be my choices. For monitor, I'd be looking at this; currys.co.uk/gbuk/computing/pc-mo...6-pdt.html If that's too expensive, or you don't want an ultrawide, then this; currys.co.uk/gbuk/computing/pc-mo...lsrc=aw.ds (although this has just come up £50 today) |

You could up the CPU to a Ryzen 9 3900x if you wanted, but I wouldn't bother unless you're actually going to utilise the extra cores/threads.
You could up the 2070 Super to an RTX 2080 Super or 2080Ti, but you get diminishing returns pretty badly after the 2070 Super. Honestly, any more money I had would be first put towards cooling(aftermarket CPU cooler, case fans), maybe a more expensive case, storage, and then dress up the system with cable extensions and/or RGB LEDs, etc. |

PCPartPicker Part List
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor (£314.95 @ AWD-IT) CPU Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 50.5 CFM CPU Cooler (£69.98 @ CCL Computers) Motherboard: Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS ATX AM4 Motherboard (£206.99 @ Aria PC) Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory (£74.49 @ Aria PC) Storage: Intel 660p Series 2.048 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive (£191.40 @ CCL Computers) Storage: Toshiba P300 3 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£65.09 @ CCL Computers) Video Card: MSI GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER 8 GB GAMING X TRIO Video Card (£739.99 @ CCL Computers) Case: Phanteks ECLIPSE P600S ATX Mid Tower Case (£124.98 @ AWD-IT) Power Supply: SeaSonic FOCUS Plus Gold 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply (£72.77 @ CCL Computers) Case Fan: be quiet! SilentWings 3 PWM High-Speed 77.57 CFM 140 mm Fan (£17.92 @ Laptops Direct) Case Fan: be quiet! SilentWings 3 PWM High-Speed 77.57 CFM 140 mm Fan (£17.92 @ Laptops Direct) Case Fan: be quiet! SilentWings 3 PWM High-Speed 77.57 CFM 140 mm Fan (£17.92 @ Laptops Direct) Keyboard: Corsair K70 RGB RAPIDFIRE Wired Gaming Keyboard (£95.47 @ Scan.co.uk) Total: £2009.87 That'll be about £2500 once you add a mouse and the ultrawide monitor I recommended. So I've upped the GPU to a 2080 Super- up to you if you'd rather spend the extra £200 for this, or just get an RTX 2070 Super. I also added an HDD and larger SSD, added an aftermarket cooler and a couple of good case fans too. Swapped the case for an Eclipse P600S, that's probably what I'd personally get if I was getting any case regardless of price. The Cooler Master NR600 is a great case though, and a great price. The Fractal Design Meshify C is another great case, under 100 quid too. If you want to dress the system up, you can buy an RGB LED strip. You can also buy Phanteks Halos RGB fan frames; overclockers.co.uk/phanteks-halos...74-pt.html Also, Overclockers and Amazon have a wide selection of cable extensions in a variety of colours and styles. |

21 wrote PCPartPicker Part List I never did thank you. Thanks for the suggestion, I took your build and made some slight adjustments to suit. PC is now build and running like a dream. Here's the build - pcpartpicker.com/b/yFV6Mp Here's Firestrike Benchmark - 3dmark.com/fs/20332456 Here's Userbenchmark (managed to get a 75Mhz gpu core OC, 500 memory clock OC, Standard Precision Boost Drive (Game mode on AMD Ryzen Master) - userbenchmark.com/UserRun/19822647 As you can see the RAM is lacking a little, is there anything I could do about that or would it not be worth it? Thanks Dean |

Just gotta make sure if you're gonna do RGB's, you get a controller for addressable, because regular 4 pins wont cut it unless you plan to do solid colors lol |
