If someone can please help me out, that'll be great.
In need of a new signature and avatar. I want the avatars back ground to be Rainbow colors but have it animated so it constantly shifts and have it say "Vickie." And the signature to say "-Vickie" animated rainbow background. IDK if i explained that right. But if anyone can help me out, I can +Rep 150 and I can throw a couple dollars if needed.
