tried a turtle beach headset says on box for xbox one also tried one that should work with ps4 and xbox and switch neither work with the original xbox one x wireless pad it just doesnt see it as plugged in to pad all i get is the microphone picture with the line throw it even just normal headphones dont work
put i have a 3rd party wired xbox one pad and any headphones and the turtle beach headset work in the wired pad no problem???? |

| should be plugging straight into controller if using on xb1 if not then using the pad should do, may need new controller or adapter |

| its brand new just plugs straight into 3.5mm jack |
