What is your budget and currency? GBP £600
What will you use the PC for? GTA, FiveM and RuneScape 3
Do you need a monitor? If not, what monitor(s) will you be using? Yes, x 2 (I'll add them to budget separately)
Do you need a keyboard, mouse, or other peripherals? No
Do you need an operating system? Windows
Will you overclock? No
Anything else we should know?
All I need the pc for is to use FiveM, GTA and RuneScape 3, I may end up streaming but that's in the long run.

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor (£112.38 @ Aria PC)
Motherboard: ASRock B450M Pro4-F Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard (£65.39 @ Amazon UK)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory (£68.21 @ CCL Computers)
Storage: Crucial BX500 480 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (£48.99 @ Amazon UK)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 1660 6 GB XC BLACK GAMING Video Card (£199.99 @ Amazon UK)
Case: Deepcool MATREXX 30 MicroATX Mini Tower Case (£30.46 @ Scan.co.uk)
Power Supply: Corsair CXM (2015) 450 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply (£52.99 @ CCL Computers)
Total: £578.41

I'd recommend overclocking the GTX 1660, or spending a bit more and maybe grabbing a 1660Ti. The vanilla GTX 1660 is a bit of a slouch at stock speeds, but can really catch up to the 1660Ti if youOC, especially the Memory.

Alternatively, there are rumours that the GTX 1650Ti is launching within the next month, and will be joined with a GTX 1660 Super which is supposedly in between the 1660/1660Ti CUDA core count, and has GDDR6 unlike thew vanilla 1660. If you're happy to wait a month, a 1660 Super could be a good shout, but honestly there won't be much between the 3 different 1660's- again, especially if you OC.
