I downloaded blue sky v3.1 and everytime I load into modern warfare 2 the menu pops up asking to load on host and or off and on host, well pressing either one causes the game to consistently asking for an update; even after I update it. Would it have something to to do with load dll.load.dll?

Try updating from the disk maybe
