If not, what monitor(s) will you be using?: I don't think so, I use 2 x Acer K242HLbid 24 Inch FHD Monitor, Black -Do you need a keyboard, mouse, or other peripherals?: No -Do you need an operating system?: Yes, Windows 10 -Will you overclock? The motherboard may need to have its BIOS updated but the seller should be able to do that for you.
You can get a key for Windows 10 for ~£25 or cheaper online.
