Nah, it's for a magazine type of thing I'm doing for college and I've ended up electing to keep it how it is, somewhat pushing the boundary of what is readable (see neville brody for more info) but just putting the actual word in a readable font below and fade it out as more issues come out when it becomes more known (Even though there's going to be one issue since it's just a college project lmao) - as for finding out what they are, I put a key on the 2nd page I think. Alright this took some time to figure out. Didn't realize there was a key until after the fact. I like the little challenges like this. Took about 5 minutes to figure out the general idea of what you had going.
for those wanting to know how to solve without using a key here's and idea of how i went about it. https://i.imgur.com/6eZOxDI.png
General Analysis just marking common shapes and assuming they are equals. Make shapes and draw over the actual housing. That would give you an instant letter. E, O, T, A, and M, were the easiest to decipher first. from there it was just going back and forth. Some letters were more obvious than others. G was a pain simply because there wasn't any shape to define it. Figured it once most of the word was done. N and U are just fipped shapes and letters in the alphabet. Good job on that part. The way a lot of this was formed was using the sockets + little studs. The studs indicated sections of the letter at hand. using a relatively appropriate spacing within the letters themselves made it a tad bit easier to distinguish them. |
