What is your budget and currency? £1300
What will you use the PC for? Wil be used for gaming streaming and video/photo editing
Do you need a monitor? If not, what monitor(s) will you be using? 1 monitor needed ideally 144hz
Do you need a keyboard, mouse, or other peripherals? Keyboard and mouse needed RGB ideally
Do you need an operating system? no
Will you overclock? no
Anything else we should know? The PC is for my girlfriends little brother for christmas and its his first gaming pc, ive stated above what it will be used for and I would like it to have as much RGB as possible because thats what he wants.

Thankyou

Total: £1301.15

RGB kb/mouse, RGB cooler, RAM, case/fans and some RGB on the motherboard.

1440p144Hz is a must with this budget IMO. The Samsung JG50/JG52 is a great monitor, but you could maybe cut some costs on the system itself, and get this instead;
currys.co.uk/gbuk/computing/pc-mo...lsrc=aw.ds
which is a better panel, and also has Freesync which the Samsung monitor does not. The JG50/JG52 for 250 quid is an absolute steal though, can't go wrong with that if you don't want to cut costs on GPU or RGB elements.

You could get an RTX 2060 Super instead of the RX 5700XT for a little bit less if you wanted;

However, even the RX 5700(non XT) is faster than the RTX 2060 Super, and can be had for less easily;

so I'd probably stick with a 5700 or 5700XT unless you really want the RT cores on the NVidia card.
