If you're trying to stream, then how much do you care about your audio (voice)? Do you have a have a camera already if so what kind, do you even care for a webcam? Are you looking for a dual or single monitor setup? Does fps matter to you more than quality?

Do you have a mouse, keyboard, monitor(s)?
