Before the game launches tomorrow, whats the best method of me and my mate communicating whilst playing together?

I have a PC, he has a PS4. Can you get discord on a PS4 and talk that way?

We tried game chat in the beta but it was rubbish, might be refined when game is live. I take it Discord works the same on PS4 than it does on PC?

Beta chat was broken, but they fixed it since..should just be easy to communicate in game now, if not then probably discord, depending on your headset you are using.
