Main issue: I paid $60 for 6 games, but because he wanted others in the lobby I paid for we sat around for 90 minutes while someone with a strict NAT type tried to join the other team. After 3 games and almost 3.5-4 hours it was 7AM and I had to get an hour or two of sleep before I left for work.

I kindly asked Happy for a partial refund and then he started saying that I was trying to take advantage of him and was trying to weasel my way out of our deal. At this point he became hostile and started blaming me of being a scam artist.

After I kindly explained I had no ill intent and just didn't have the time to keep going he slowed down and said he would refund me 50% back. He then sent me a screenshot showing that the refund was not allowed and then started blaming me AGAIN for performing a "chargeback."

Mind you, it had been like 2 minutes since I asked for a refund, there's no way someone could have filed a chargeback dispute with their credit card company in 2 minutes at 4AM EST. Not a chance. He was just looking for a way to make me feel/look bad to justify his unprofessional behavior. He thought he was dealing with some 12 year old.. I'm an adult, I know how PayPal works. I'm a trusted seller on eBay with 100% feedback on the PayPal I use and had no intent of charging back the full $60. All I was doing was asking this guy for a 30-50% refund since I only received 1/2 of the lobbies we agreed on.

Not sure what the hell is up with some of these "hosters" on TTG. This is the 2nd stickied poster that acted super unprofessional and tried to treat me like a child. When he realized I knew my shit and he couldn't guilt trip scam me into taking no refund he said he would refund me 30% (not 50%, even though I only received 50% service from him) he deleted me on snapchat. I have not received my refund yet and he has not responded to me ever since.

I'll update if he gets back to me with my refund, but TTG @Moderator need to monitor these guys more closely. If you are offering a service then the least you can do is act a professional. This guy tried to convince me for 60+ minutes that I was scamming him and **** him over when all I asked for was a 50% refund because he only was able to get me into 3/6 lobbies.

If you are going to purchase from Happy just know you are gonna have to share the lobby and pay more than the guys who are offering entire lobbies to yourself for only $10/game (you get 200+ kills in those lobbies).
