So it's seems I have 2 gamer tags on one Xbox live profile, it switches between the two randomly, has anyone else experienced this or found a fix? I've tried contacting Microsoft support but they just tell me it's impossible for this to happen.

If I'm not mistaken, with the new gamertag system, your gamertag is TOOT#7133 with the numbers being the way people identify you, and TO0T is just your name on your profile settings.

Gotta just look them up on the box, sometimes I can't find people at all honestly.

But when I contacted them they said no profile had the gamertag TOOT#7133

When I play on my Xbox my gamertag is TO0T and sometimes it will be The other. It's super confusing/ frustrating. I have had my gamertag since well before the gamertag changes

claim TO0T on social.xbox.com and it will fix it.

this happens when you use the new tag system, and claim back using the old one.
