Hello,

I was just wondering what the best gami g pc i could build for £1500 is?

What is your budget and currency? 1500 GBP
What will you use the PC for? Gaming Mostly, a little streaming and editing maybe
Do you need a monitor? If not, what monitor(s) will you be using? No, I use a 27" Acer Monitor
Do you need a keyboard, mouse, or other peripherals? No
Do you need an operating system? No
Will you overclock? No
Anything else we should know? No

Any help is appreciated!

What Acer monitor are you using? Is it 4k, 60Hz? 1440p144Hz? Or 1080p60Hz?
What kind of games are you going to be playing exactly?
What kind of streaming/editing will you be doing?

Well, I wouldn't be spending £1500 on a rig for 1080p75Hz. This would be more than adequate;
PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700 3.2 GHz 8-Core Processor (£152.38 @ More Computers)
Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard (£96.68 @ CCL Computers)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory (£66.78 @ Aria PC)
Storage: Intel 660p Series 1.02 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive (£103.48 @ Ebuyer)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2060 6 GB WINDFORCE Video Card (£299.99 @ Amazon UK)
Case: Phanteks Eclipse P400A ATX Mid Tower Case (£64.17 @ CCL Computers)
Power Supply: Corsair RMx (2018) 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply (£79.61 @ Ebuyer)
Total: £863.09

If you're spending £1500, put some of that money towards a new monitor, and then get a better GPU than the RTX 2060. You could go 4k60Hz, 1440p144Hz, or 3440x1440 ultrawide if you go for a new monitor.

I'd probably be looking at an RTX 2070 Super instead for the GPU(or RX 5700XT maybe), and upgrading the monitor to an MSI MAG271CQR(1440p144Hz), or MSI MAG341CQ(3440x1440 100Hz).

Awesome Thankyou, So, if i upgraded it a new monitor and got something like a 24" 144hz, what build would you recomend for £1500 including the monitor?

Also. Would the £900 rig you suggested run fortnite at 144fps?

Hello bud,

I have made this up with some of the parts you recommended, some components didn't show up on this website. I would like to use this website as it makes the whole process easier even if it may be a tad more expensive.

Here is the build: pcspecialist.co.uk/computers/amd-...me-office/

If you would change anything please could you send me an updated build using the website I'm using if possible?

Thankyou mate I really appreciate the help!
