Just wondering who likes to clean their car and what products you like to use.
I love cleaning my car, I spend about 3 to 3 and a half hours just cleaning and polishing it.
I mainly use autobrite stuff but I use bithamber wheel cleaner which Is amazing and I use autofinese avalanche snow foam which is alright, wouldnt buy it again.
What do you like to use?

Yeah,

My main products are by AutoFinesse. I have the shampoo, polish, wax and a lubricant spray if I want to use a clay bar for example.

I also tend to buy a 5L tub of traffic film remover and use that for my initial pre-wash before I do anything else. I've never really tried a true snowfoam, I just tend to put the TFR into my lance and spray it all over the car.

My car could do with clay but I cant be bothered, I've used fallout remover which gets some contaminants off but not as good as a clay bar.
I used to us heavy duty TFR, it's good but it can be quite harmful if not used properly and not good if it gets on your skin so I dont tend to use it, I'd use it if I wanted to strip the polish and all off tho.

Yeah you're right about the TFR being pretty harsh. I tend to leave it on the paint for as long as I would with the fallout remover. I'm tempted to give the bulk stuff from ebay a try to see how it fairs.

The detailing channel and car cleaning guru are good channels if you haven't discovered them yet.

I usually spend around the same amount of time, if you're gonna do it then do it properly

couldn't think of anything worse than detailing a car tbh.

Meguires products for me, I actually just tried their headlight restoration kit on an older vehicle with yellow/fogged up lenses and it worked like magic, they look brand new now

No bigger reward than looking back at your work once its shining. Well now that mines wrapped that not the case. I use EZ car care as it's priced reasonable and products are top notch.
