I'm trying to replace my Xbox 360 laser, but can't manage to get the laser out, because one of the screws just won't move. I've been at it for a minute now and don't know what to do. I can take out every other screw besides that one.

That screw is hella stripped. Stop trying, or it'll get worse.
Use a rubberband. Stick it on the end of your screw driver and it'll fill the gap in and might potentially work. If that doesn't work, get a dremel(A cheap kit can go for about $40 if you can't find one to borrow) and that will let you actually cut into the screws head and reform the + shape to unscrew it. Going to home depot or any department store..They might be willing to let you use one of theirs. I'd call ahead of time, though, just in case. |

try using a flat head screwdriver that's just big enough to fit in the slot. i have got rounded screws out before sometimes this way. or you could try some thin needle nose pliers and try grabbing the whole screw head with the pliers and turning it that way (might be hard as the screw is small but worth a try) |
