I'll make sure I buy £4500 worth of threadrippers when they get restocked

Am I missing something here? I thought with a budget like that, a £2k threadripper was as overkill as you could get.

Sorry for trying to be helpful.

We're gonna need a lot more information. Especially if you're spending £4500.

Forums/t=7787031/how-to-ask-for-b...dvice.html
Requesting a list of parts

If you don't answer these questions, we will post them or refer you back to this post.

  • What is your budget and currency?
  • What will you use the PC for?
  • Do you need a monitor? If not, what monitor(s) will you be using?
  • Do you need a keyboard, mouse, or other peripherals?
  • Do you need an operating system?
  • Will you overclock?
  • Anything else we should know?

Be realistic with your budget. If you're not spending £4500, tell us how much you're comfortable spending. When you're spending £4500, you can do a lot of things that aren't going to make sense for most users, like HEDT CPUs, custom water-cooling loop, and other 'overkill' stuff. If you're actually spending that much, you definitely need to give us a good idea of what you're looking for so that we can actually recommend parts suited to your wants/needs.
