anyway for you to use wired? I had a problem with wireless because i was so far away from my router as my wifi was poop and i had to wire connect.

i cant but im still close to the router

answer these:
have you had problems with this before?
does your router support 2.4ghz channel and 5ghz channel? If so connect to the 5ghz channel for xbox
when was the last time you rebooted your modem /router? try doing this
see if the internet is as slow on your mobile device as it is on xbox.

Get a new router or go wired. No amount of settings changes can help your problem.

AK wrote Try logging into your ISP online and change your ports around so your Internet isn't on same port as everyone else in your area
Possibly the worst troubleshooting step I've ever seen someone type lmao.

You're wireless? Mate the troubleshooting could go on for years.

Are your home walls thick?
Do you have any devices in the way of your xbox and WAP (wireless access point) such as a microwave?
Have you messed on the wireless channels on your router?

The best solution I would suggest along with others is get an ethernet cable to the Xbox. If you cannot run a cable, purchase home plugs. Details on this: Link

Contacting your ISP would be pointless, they're just a bunch of monkeys on the phone who say everything into your house is fine.

What router do you have there just out of curiosity?
