Hi,

Last night i was playing with my boss and to say the least hes bad at the game (the type of guy to go 2-15)... now im just an average player but i was popping 15 kill streaks every game i played with him as the host. is this down to the fact he is getting matched with lower skill players?

I know there is skill based matchmaking but i diddn't think it was to the extent that it was last night. now im wondering was i just playing good last night or was it the fact me being placed with bad players?

That's probably the case. Same thing happens to me and a friend who moved from ps4 to play xbox. There is SBMM, it tries to balance the teams with 1 good player (you) and then pairs you up with people of his level. That's why people make smurfs and try and drop nukes. SBMM doesn't effect ground war though from my understanding.

I think you were just getting placed with bad players like you said it would make sense.
