Update: so far those drops haven't helped at all so that sucks but going back on the 10th for a checkup so I will keep this thread updated as I get updates.

Growing up ive always used the bathroom more than the average person but didnt really thing about it till a couple years ago. I went to the doctors and turns out I have IBS. After figuring out whats the cause of all my stomach and other issues was.

I now use the bathroom a lot less than before but would still say I used it for than the average person. I have to take a pill with every meal and have been limited to what I can and can not eat.

Update: just got back from the eye doctor again he said everything is doing fine and im supposed to keep taking those drops he described me til they are gone. Today on the way there the sun light wasn't bothering my eyes to much so I guess they are kind of helping idk for sure tho hard to say so I will keep taking them for now. He also said my eyes might always be light sensitive which truly sucks we are just trying to minimize it he says.

* Bump *

Decided to bump this thread but what do you think is the worst thing that has happened in your life so far if you don't mind sharing.

Still dealing with light sensitive and really high pressure with calcium deposit on my left eye. Was told the retina detected again so that's 2 surgeries right there. So sick of all my eye problems.

Crohns

I was diagnosed with Crohns last year around this time, and started treatment. So many things have changed since then. Diet wise, job wise, and so forth. It is a disease that you cant see so everyone thinks you are fine but in reality, i have stomach pain quite often, i have had 2 bowel obstructions now, i have to run and take a shit at the most inopportune times.. And the list goes on. I also feel like i am holding everyone back with my crohns cause i cant do certain things or eat certain things as it could make it flare. It is just overall not a good time lol. I would go more in depth but i dont want to make anyone sit through it hahahaha

I don't share this very often and I think there's only a handful who did but I'd like to share it as it's good to get things off your chest.

At 14 with my mental health deteriorating i was very suicidal after an attempt I was sectioned for 2 weeks. During that I had a phsyce evaluation which came back as depression & psychosis. Which explained quite a lot. 8 years pass and I decided at around middle of my 22nd that was it. I plucked up the courage to plan everything out & not only leave my family a will and a note explaining everything, doing so I swallowed a combination of painkillers. Not entirely sure if I'm allowed to say but you can leave it to your imagination.

After a while I woke up in hospital with my mum next to me. I had doctors, nurses and a handful of people I didn't know explaining that it wasn't all over. Turned out I damaged liver, which was "beyond repair" so I had to make a lot of adjustments throughout my life fixing. As it turns out, alcohol dependency definitely didn't help either. So I had to stop. A lot of people would have said it was a miracle I survived. After that lot I was then sectioned again for longer and finally diagnosed with schizophrenia. Which affects EVERYTHING.

3 years later a very close friend of mine took his life. Struck a hole in my heart and life to the point where now I spend quite a lot of time online helping and trying to support people. One of which gave me a job after I helped him. My takes on those things made me realise there's nothing more precious out there than life. I'd love for people in that position or thought it will get better.

Edit: there's a lot I left out. But I'll just drop it there.
