it just feels weird thinking all of this goes away after we leave almost like a hardcore minecraft world.
Like how did we even get here i dont believe in a god but i mean there has to be one right? Like it feels were put here more than we were made here. I know i went a bit off top but idk makes my head hurt thinking that deep lol |

I don't believe in any of that and never really question myself around those sorts of things personally.
But you do have a point |

That's a hard question to answer but I like to believe there is and places like Heaven and Hell are real but you never know. |

I've been all over the place with this forever. I grew up in an Orthodox Christian family and for the longest of time believed in the whole heaven and hell thing. Probably around when I got to about 15 or 16 is when I really started questioning religion in general. Around 18 I was probably rejecting any idea of a religion and got very aggressive to people who even mentioned what they believed in, but then when I was turning 20 that really came down to there may be, there may not be, I really don't care in the end what happens to me on that level.
For me personally as my little middle ground, since I'm an utter shithead of nihilist, I don't worry about it. If there somehow is a true religion or there is life after death, then oh well, we'll worry about that when that happens. For now, everyone dies, only thing you're promised in life, I'm not going to let the thought of an afterlife or it's blessings/punishment dictate how I currently live my life. If I rot in the ground and help fertilise the earth, great. If I end up getting throw in some sort of hell, great. If I end up getting stuck in some purgoatroy/limbo, great. If I end up going to some sort of heaven, great. I'll even throw one in for the real 'conspiracy theorists' -- if I wake up from the simulation, then I'm a real gamer at that point. |

No, I don't think anything is after this life. The biggest "maybe" I have with it is if there is a type of reincarnation. I'm not saying souls going into other bodies. I am just saying that our consciousnesses were created once, what is to stop it from happening again? Overall though, I don't think anything comes after this. You return to the "void" like you were before you were born. I struggle to see any type of genuine purpose outside of the things we ourselves give purpose to. |

all of you makes valid points
we are just born into a religion depending on who you spawn with now that im 22 i realize life goes by fast and my childhood is past and ill never experince that again also what if the high powers know the truth but dont reveal cause civilians cannot handle the truth for example we are in a simulation like taiga mentioned imo i think itll be like a computer and once our brains die its like a computer thats powered off but thats just a guess that is more realistic |
