I asked if he could let me secure the account first since I am a Trusted Seller, he said no.
I bumped up to $45 if he would let me secure first, he said no.
I offered $30 through PayPal goods and services and he said no he could only accept friends and family.
For $30 this account is a huge steal, but seems like this is a too good to be true situation.
