I have a 2004 Impreza with the stock TY754VV4AA 5 speed trans and a final drive of 3.54 or 3.9. From what I found it is a pull type clutch. I am thinking of either swapping in this trans, this trans, or this trans. The only thing I'm unsure about is two have male front cv axles and one has female. Would this be an issue? If anyone can add any input or any information I'm missing, lemme know. |

JZX wrote Too specific for this forum, you wanna head to a subaru forum most likely.Everyone dances around the answer, I can't get a certain "yes, this will work" or "no, and this is why it wouldn't work". Was just hoping maybe there'd be a random subie bro here packing some flat 4 knowledge |

Yeah so, it'll work. I've had plenty of customers do exact swap like these and it never seemed to fail. |
