So while streaming, gaming, or watching videos, my pc just freezes out, makes speaker noise like its stuttering and about to blue screen error out but just goes back to normal. Itll happen randomly. Its a custom build I did myself. Just looking for advice of what to check to narrow down the cause. Drivers are up to date, memory is solid, temps are 35C while gaming.

What CPU cooler are you using?
Use HWMonitor or HWinfo to take a note of your maximum temperatures under load, and what temps/clock speeds you're at when you crash. |

Could be a whole heap of problems bud, personally I've had this sort of thing twice and it started out like your issue, i couldnt see any problems at all with wattage or temps, then got to the point where it was blue screening almost every time I loaded an application/game.
My first experience with this issue was caused by a faulty RAM stick and the other was caused by a faulty SSD, so the best thing to do if you can't see any issues with your temps etc. is to try replacing components whether you have another PC or a friend who can let you borrow the part. |

Looks like you've overclocked the CPU, I would look at setting back to default clock speeds to see if you get the same issue. If so, you know your problem so maybe just clock it to stay at tubo speeds if not maybe check your SSD or even that SEAGATE BARRACUDA.
Also just to add, I see your memory is running at 1333MHz when you have 3000MHz sticks so check the XMP profiling in the BIOS could be bottlenecking your rig I have a barracuda in my rig, basically trying to see how long I can keep it alive for..(8 years so far) but using file explorer is a nightmare as it crashes it all the time |
