I am looking for a new headset that has a mic and works with both PC and PS4. I currently have Astro A40s + the mix amp, but they're starting to give out so I need to get some new ones. I was thinking about getting A40s again or trying out some steelseries since I've heard they have good headsets, but wanted some suggestions on what you guys think would be worth buying.
Budget - $250 USD |

Steelseries headsets are super light if that's your type of thing, but my a40's have been going strong for 3 years so if mine were to break i would probably get the a40's again.
Nowadays headsets are getting downgraded and are breaking easier. Most streamers i watch use steelseries or earbuds. But i like the bass option on the astros because i listen to a lot of music. If that's your thing id probably look a little more into it. |

Alright I think i'm sticking with the Astros.
My current mixamp still works so would guys recommend I get a new headset with the new mixamp or just a new headset? Is the new mixamp actually worth the upgrade? |
