So 5 days ago got a Astro A40 headset with the mic amp pro, however how do I get it too be able too use my microphone also on my Xbox one? |

That's the video I followed, different mix amp too mine but same principle, it won't let me assign my headset too a profile to use the mic?
Can you help further as it's bugging me now Thanks |

Have you tried turning it off then on so you get the message to say you're connected on Xbox which should then assign it |

Problem solved, went back too store and replaced it all, worked on the replacement apparently was a faulty unit |

I remember I had the A40s for the Xbox and the aux-port on the mix-amp started to wiggle and the connection between the headset would static a lot, or disconnect. Glad you were able to get a new pair, congratulations on getting some of the best and most comfortable gaming headsets on the market.

Absolutely love these beauties, footsteps on Call of duty plus battlefield are so freaking clear and awesome, well worth £250 even if they caused a headache setting up |
