Hi guys, since Friday I've not been able to play modern warfare. I get to the main menu, I click A.. it notifies me it's connecting me then I get (MEMORY ERROR: 13-71)

Can anyone help? I did join a regiment from an invite on warzone, since then I can't log onto warzone/modern warfare.

Absolute Joke.

Found this on the Activison forums bud, hope it helps
Seems to be an error with regiments in Warzone.

"Ok, this is how I got it on Xbox, sign into cod with a different account go to multiplayer, make sure you have another controller, sign in your account as split screen, it's going to error again, press ok. Sign in with the first account again back out to the main menu with the SAME controller press the select button to switch user sign in and BOOM. Make sure you leave regiment and if it says you are not in one create one and delete it or it will keep happening. Hope this helps."

I have been getting this error like crazy on Xbox, I found a fix though it may work for you.

1. Download Call of Duty Companion app and leave your regiment
2. Get a second account
3. Go to manage games and apps for MW and go into saved data and clear "Reserved data"
4. Hard reset Xbox by powering off and unplugging power
5. Boot up Xbox and switch profile to second account
6. Open MW and go to multiplayer, when it says connecting hit B and then A and then B again. It should pop up saying Retry or Go Offline
7. Click go offline.
8. Switch profile to main account via Xbox button on controller
9. Load in call of duty
10. Try to go on multiplayer it may say and error like "Can't connect" of it does hit go offline and try to go back to online multiplayer again until it works.

Hope this helps! This error is caused by regiments for some reason. I have tried every other method on google and this is the only thing that worked for me through trial and error.
