It saves as a blueprint. So, as long as you don't change the blueprint, you can change the camo. If you change the camo in the blueprint, you'll lose it.

or
b) took an insane amount of time

Was skeptical because that is how I am naturally but Zeus and his team pulled through. They got me 3 Damascus skins and 3 modded skins as well as a modded calling card. The skin is cheaper than you will find elsewhere. Super communicative with you on discord while he is on your account. I would recommend over and over again to anyone looking for these skins.
