After this whole quarantine stuff and basically doing nothing has actually screwed my sleeping schedule so bad. Im waking up about 7pm an going to bed at 11am and i am awful at pulling all nighters so currently trying to fix my sleeping schedule xD.
Is your sleeping schedule normal or has it went a bit wrong ? |

Weird
Monday and Tuesday I work at night and usually stay up until 2am or so afterwards. Wednesday-Friday I'm usually up until midnight, sometimes earlier and sometimes later. Saturday and Sunday I like going to sleep early like 9 or 10pm |
