All this stuff has actually fixed my pattern, currently 12-1am to 7-8 am.

Pretty much screwed depending on what's going on. A couple days ago I was so hungover I slept like all day. Then last night I didn't go to bed until 3-4am and got up at 8am. |

At the moment it's messed up. Usually sleep around 2-3am then wake up around 10pm

It's normality for me
10am - 4pm on Sunday 9am - 3pm on Monday and Tuesday 0730am - Noon on Wednesday 1am - 630am on Thursday, Friday and Saturday (But on Saturday afternoon, I have a nap 2pm - 5pm to help me to stay up through Saturday night/Sunday morning) |
