I would go with the first one personally but don't know if I would drop that much for a 1660ti although I'm sure it will work a lot of games recommend 8gb of vram so that's what I would go for. Odds are you could build a desktop with more storage and a more powerful card for the same (ish) amount of money assuming you don't account for the price of the monitor/ keyboard / mouse you would need. Also then you have the ability to upgrade components as necessary instead of buying a new £1000 laptop every 3-5 years .
