CPU - Ryzen 5 1600AF
GPU - RX 570
RAM - 8gb ddr4 3000mhz
MOTHERBOARD - B450m motherboard
PSU - 500w evga power supply
STORAGE - 480gb ssd


I don't know anything about pc builds just found one for around 500 online that's local and claims to run warzone at 144fps at 1080p

any help on if it will or if I can get cheaper will be much appreciated

You're not running that at 144hz unless you put everything on low settings. Find a Gsync monitor and you'll be ace but don't expect it to run 144hz.
