I would personally work towards making it only one cheat day a week, having two isn't horrible for you but I've always only ever had one.

For you having a cheat day that's only 2300 calories, what is your everyday calorie intake? How tall are you also?

My honest personal opinion is you should have cheat days.

Following a IIFYM diet is by far the easiest diet to stick too and never fall off, fit in things you like into your calories, substitute things to fit in treats, focus on hitting your carbs fats and proteins every day and eating mostly clean foods and you will be far happier, if you want some crisps, chocolate or pizza then have it? just work your meals around it, why limit yourself to a single day of gorbing out and probably not hitting your carbs fats and proteins instead of doing it whenever you like and always hitting them? as long as you hit them your calories will fall into place and it makes it so much more manageable!

You haven't given enough information for anyone to give you a good solid answer.

But your " 1 day no limit" is a horrible idea.

If you need for example 2000 calories to maintain 87kg.
Spend Mon-Fri eating 1800 so your in a caloric deficit resulting in weight/fat loss making total caloric deficit over those 5 days 1000 calories then "Cheat day" comes and you eating 3000+ calories you've just undone any progress you would have made that week.

No one needs a cheat day in a diet except people under super strict diets, if you feel the need to cheat on a diet then IIFYM is what you should go by track all foods eat essentially what you want as long as you stay within your caloric limit and still loose weight.

Bare in mind someone eating 1800 calories of McDonalds and sweets will have a different look from someone eating fresh meat and Low GI carbs even if both are making progress with weight loss.

Saturday and Sunday my max is 2300, im 180cm

5'10 and what weight sorry I forgot to ask. I'm just trying to see if that calorie intake is even healthy for you to begin with. Have you checked your BMI and all that? Thats and easy way to see how many calories you should be eating on a normal day.

Being that height and weight I wouldn't recommend doing 2 cheat days a week, do IIFYM like the other guys have been saying here. 1800 cals is far too low especially if you're doing 10K steps and working out, if your weight stops dropping you're gonna have to drop the cals and then its gonna leave you rebounding down the line and snacking and eating all sorts like mad, take a more relaxed approach and eat certain snacks throughout the day and then you'll feel happier and more content doing it
