My daily average screen time is currently 14 hours which is 80% up from last week obviously due to lock down haha.

What about you guys?

Edit: just saw the poll.
I spent around 16 hours with my phone on in the background. I don't actually use it that much, I just leave it on while playing games

I spend a lot more time on a computer either at work or home. I guess I average about 5-6 a day though.

I spend like 1 hour per day on my phone if you're lucky. PC like 9+ hours but it's my work anyways.

I'm close to 16+ hours a day for sure.. I'm not on my phone as much now but spend an insane amount of time on my PC between gaming, college, and work.
