Hi friends! (I posted this here to get more attention) I have been searching for help and tips for three days now.
I am having a no signal issue with my Elgato. I don't get a signal on my TV or computer. I have hooked up my Xbox 360 and PlayStation 4 and I have had zero luck with any of them. It actually worked once, and haven't been able to get it to run since. I am offering a PayPal reward to anyone that can get me up and running. Cheers. PC Specs prnt.sc/s4rdtj |

1. Try disabling HDCP on your PS4
2. Try a different and potentially shorter HDMI cable 3. Make sure everything is up to date (Capture software, Windows update) |

Not sure how new your capture card is but they require USB 3.0 so can you make sure you have it plugged in to one |

i had this problem with using it for my xbox one.
what i had to do was completely remove elgato software unplug all cords associated and restart my pc then download the software again re plug in everything before starting up elgato then open elgato. also make sure the power cord that goes from the capture card to the pc is free of slices and kinks. and make sure the HDMI cords are in the correct sides. |

I can't give you an accurate answer but there are many solutions that could fix it.
I use to capture my own videos with an Elgato and I had this problem occur before. Redownloading the software worked for me but it may not in your case. |

I may be able to help. does your elgato light up when you plug it in? the fact that theres no signal even to your monitor is weird to me. could you try going to your device manager go under the sound and game controller section find where it says elgato hd60s and disable it then enable it by right clicking it and then load up the software to check? |
