MWNat type on strict and lagging

Im playing on xbox one my actual xbox nat type is open, but on MW its saying strict and im getting a lot of lag.
Is there any fix or is cod just being ? |

Go to settings>General>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate Mac address>Clear>Reset
Then your nat type should fix |

When I had strict NAT I went into settings on Modern Warfare then account, and used the IP and port in there to port forward. |
