I'm looking to build a nice clean RGB-esque but still powerful pc. I'm just starting to get into the building world so I only know a few big brands and a few entry level things, but I wanted to get some opinions on the build I'm picking out for this pc from the professionals of the interwebs. If you could help finish it in a reasonable budget manner I'd appreciate it. I obviously want quality but a reasonable price and nothing more than I need considering what I already have. Thanks to everyone that helps out!

Here's the list: (side note, everything on here I have already)
Build List

Good morning/evening...

I have some questions about your build.

1.) Why do you need a Titan X? What are you doing that requires this level of GPU performance?

2.) I'd recommend water cooling your CPU. If you don't want to invest $125 or so inter watercooling, at least spend more on a better CPU cooler. My opinion.

3.) I would recommend going with a 7200RPM drive or a SSD... 5400RPM is gonna be dog **** slow and if you can invest so much on a GPU, I would spend more on a SSD, CPU cooler, case and possibly slightly higher clocked ram and CPU.

4.) Buy a Windows 10 key of G2A or somewhere that sells game keys. Will save you $100 or so.

5.) At the end of the day, the more you put into your system, the more you will get out of it. I recommend staying away from LED stips and fancy parts and get function. Water coolers, platinum PSU and quality parts! I love Evga and Corsair.

Hope this helps.

Agreed on the Titan x get a less expensive graphics card and invest in a better cpu cooler. And with the money you saved on getting a less expensive graphics card you could get an m.2 ssd or an ssd in general. I don't see an issue with the ram i'll let Adam or 21 give their input lol. I have the same case except mine is the elite version and it's an amazing case. And as for windows you can go to windows site and download their creation tool onto a usb and install it for free, however you'll have to deal with a watermark in the bottom left but you can buy a key online for a couple bucks.

my question was pretty clear. all I asked for is for somebody to add a consistent CPU cooler and power supply.

PSU's;
Seasonic Focus PLUS Gold
or this;
EVGA G3

and then you seem to be missing storage. I'd spend the remaining $100 or so on a 1TB NVMe SSD and just use the stock cooler with the R7 1700 tbh.

That said, if you're looking for a cooler, something like this would do just fine;
amazon.com/dp/B07BYP9S95?tag=pcpa...&psc=1
or you could spend an extra $20ish for the Dark Rock Pro 4.

I use the Dark Rock 4 (non Pro) on my R7 1700x and it's brilliant.
