Post below any of the fitness apps y'all use. It can be multiple, let me know some of the cool features it has on it and what your recommendation out of 10 is on it.

Garmin- 10/10 you can unlock badges and compete with people to months app. Set goals and see your progress overtime.

Strava- 10/10 it's a social fitness app, you can post your workouts(mainly cardio events) and it keeps track of your miles and how many activities you have done. Unlock challenges and see others others activities, tag people along in your activity, and plenty more.

I used to have one called something like 20 day fitness challenge, but it's a paid app only now I guess. I need to shed some pounds really bad so I'll keep a tab on this thread.

An app to help you watch you food intake, I would recommend MyFitnessPal. I've lost pounds like crazy using it once upon a time.

I've been using MapMyRun recently to track how far and quickly I ran, but other than that I use a FitBit to track steps etc

Lost a lot of weight by using MyFitnessPal and cutting out bad foods and drinks!

I was literally going to say the same thing! My Fitness Pal is unreal.

Such a great app to keep track of your calorie intake.

I just use myfitnesspal and Strava, don't get make it too complicated getting hooked on different apps.

Strava is all i use to track activity. don't track my diet really
