Hey people so I'm looking for help with using a email.
So basically my company has our own website and with that I they gave me a custom email etc...

But when I send a email I want to be able to attach a signature at the bottom with my company logo/phone number etc... Just to get it that bit more professional looking.
And also I send emails on my phone so need it to be able work on my phone also

Are you able to see the E-mail settings itself? It would be in there that you set the custom Signature that would be used whenever you send an E-mail from any platform. The only other way is to paste/copy from a note program every time, but that can be tedious.

If you aren't, I'd perhaps talk with a manager if it's possible to get one set up to your liking.

I think if it's not got the features to add it to every email, you'll have to add signatures yourself.

Yeah I can go into settings, and what do you mean ? Paste/copy from note program? How would I do this if I want my company logo in the signature? And unfortunately I am the owner of my company so Its all down to be to fix it for me and my employees LoL
