yeah everything runs fine until I join gta online. it does that little intro video and at the end it says "grand theft auto online" and gets stuck right there. it lets me open my menu still though... even let me kick myself lol

So no menu on and you still freeze ? Have you got all the updates downloaded ?

I should have all the updates it doesn't prompt me to update so...

If you can try going online without the menu and see what happens if you freeze then it could be a corrupted TU or it might be the http in your ini it's been awhile since I've been on that game

Try reinstalling the game.

Did you install it or did it come preloaded when you got your rgh?

came preloaded. gonna have to go buy a disc then I guess :/

Double check you are on the right TU it should be 27

Take a look at your Dashlaunch plugins, they need to look like this. Just to start with the source of the issue, also It could be a GOD game and not installed with a disk.

plugin 1: xbdm.xex
plugin 2: your stealth.xex
plugin 3: what ever menu your using for gta5
plugin 4: RPC.xex
plugin 5: XDRPC.xex
