The thing that helped me the most is: "liquid calories are easy calories"
I'm not saying to favour liquid calories as clean meals are always going to be healthier but having 2-3 shakes throughout the day helped me a ton. Also, olive oil adds a "shit" ton of calories ("shit" as in you will be shitting a ton) |
