My best advice here, you gotta block her because if you keep allowing this wound to reopen you'll never be happy. You gotta step back and fix yourself, learn the new normal again. Be happy without someone else. It sucks but when you accomplish that maybe you can retry. Happiness comes with yourself first. You can't be truly happy with someone unless you love yourself first.
