Ryzen CPUs use DDR4 RAM aka Double Data Rate RAM. HWInfo is showing your clock speed (1066.4Mhz) before it is doubled, making it ultimately 2133Mhz. Thats a standard low-end clock speed for DDR4 RAM so you have nothing to stress about.

Is there a way i could get more out of it or no?

You can bump it up in BIOS if NEEDED.
Not advised to clock your ram up unless you're prepared and ready for crashes.

My Ryzen 7 2700x does not like when i clock my ram past 3000 when my ram can hit up to 3200

Yea that is Corsair LPX ram it looks like. 3000MHz?

This is what my RAM reads with XMP disabled, have you tried updating bios to see if the XMP profile has been tweaked in a newer version?

That'd be the easiest bet to start with.
