Check wrote I'm currently on NordVPN and have set it to America and I'm already getting better download speeds.
Are you from america? Im from the UK, so set it to UK?

No, I'm from the UK.
Basically, set the VPN to America, go onto the battle.net launcher (if you're on PC that is) and next to 'Update' it'll show a globe icon, click that and select the 'America' region, start your download and you should see a massive improvement in your download speed.

Legend, will give it a go now, just bought a month of nordvpn.

Will post if it works

Just look for 'United States' on VPN as it doesn't show up as anything else. Set it as that and you're good to go. It should work because it's boosted my download speed by some. If you want to get better download speed, try pausing the update on the battle.net launcher, disconnecting the VPN and reconnecting it & resume downloading the update, so on and so forth. My friend tried around 7 times and was able to get up to 10mbps.

Its around 4mbps now, so its abit better, not amazing.
Why is the Blizzard Launcher so slow

Not amazing but it's 4x the speed you were currently getting so it's a massive improvement lol. Try disconnecting & reconnecting on the VPN, you'll get transferred to different areas and your download speed might improve.
