If your rank is been glitched to my knowledge which only recovery is able to be donee. But when I arrive home I'll happily try without. But if you need recovery I do have sticked post I can do the recovery for a small fee! Prestige and cod points always free! But full unlock is not !

All are patched atm, only people who can do it are the people like happy lobbies or flew I believe. Since they run 6 Xboxs or whatever
