AD4M wrote Hey guys, has anyone got any advise?

4 years down the drain effectively. I'm day 2 in from the breakup and it's rough, really rough. I've been blocked on everything, no reply to texts...

My main problem is it's constantly on my mind, i'm 2 days in I know and it will get easier but is there any advise?

Thanks

Im 3 years into breaking up with my ex, i wish i could help you but i cant. I still think of her all the time... You never get over it, it just gets easier with time.

Find something to keep you busy. The gym was my favorite place when I broke up with my ex gf.

I got unblocked on instagram a few weeks ago and tried talking but kept arguing. Just do what makes you happy and stay positive.
Yeah I bet. What's constantly on my mind is when is she going to start talking to other people? It's that anxiety build up I guess.

This is the end of the road from us however.

Always thought I was strong mentally, I guess not lol! I'm sure I'll come out just fine on the other side!

I had the exact same thoughts as you, I still do sometimes. I was in such a low point that i went to the doctors and they gave me anti depressants for a month. The pills helped but you need to think that only you can stop the negative thoughts, Once you realise how to block them out it helps so much, I got drunk and mailed my ex trying to talk to her but i mentioned how someone else had asked me out on a date and she got jealous. I thought with me being blocked for so long that she had moved on but from her actions the past month i know she hasnt. If you need anyone to talk to bro just drop me a message

Well my best mate saw her on Tinder the day after we finished so there is more to it than I know about. I don't know anyone with a decent heart who after 4 years signs back up to Tinder one day after the breakup. Mental...

Since hearing that news above I've started being adventurous on Instagram lol... Although I'm in a pretty shitty mindset, if anyone wants a hand with things also, drop me a PM

I know how tough it can be when you separate from someone you really love and I won't lie it's not going to be easy and all you can do is take it day by day. Don't stress yourself on trying to get a response believe me this will make it worse . The best thing to do is work on yourself and worry about your mental health.

Youll bounce back bro yea itll be shitty for awhile. But if she couldnt move on from what happened and always was bringing it up then its better off if its over with because If she said she got over it,it wouldnt of been fair to keep bringing up because you obviously arent the same person now then you were then.if it were me No contact the balls in her court if she still feels like she loves you and wants to make it work she'll come back around.Take time to work on yourself bro itll be hard but eventually youll get over it and youll get back out there and start talking to other girls you could meet a girl and think wow I wish I couldve got out sooner.if it starts to get toxic then thats a sure sign to end it but I couldnt be with someone who would keep making me feel bad for a mistake I made 2+ years ago.

my only suggestion is to keep your hands busy! if youre just sitting there dwelling on what could have been and the what nots ... you'll dig yourself into a depression hole. Focus on hobbies , maybe a passion you have. Get hyped up for something , focus on doing the things that make you happy. The goal is to not overthink things and dwell on things you have no control over. Hang out with friends , go on a hike or something .. play some video games. You'll be alright , and you'll feel a bit stronger as well

I found my ex 3/4 days after we broke up on tinder and i dont know how long she was on it for. Theres no point overthinking it though, I got angry and accused her of cheating and i know i was wrong. I was with my ex for 2 years. Keep a calm mind, Try to do things that keep you busy and dont be afraid to speak to anyone about it, You dont want to build things up and end up going through a depression. It took me 2 weeks to sleep normal and took me 4 days to eat something.

If that's the case, once lock down is over, hit the town once Boris allows us to play out. You'll have more fun.
