Im having trouble making my mind up so today I sold my bmw 328i I actually sold it because I wanted to upgrade to the 335i since it comes with turbo. But then I started reading online about how bad those turbos are and how they blow up. Has anyone ever owned a 335i? Do they constantly blow?

I've heard the turbos go bad around 60-70k miles. I don't know if they throw a bearing or just blow up but either way that's sketchy. I think bmw had a lawsuit against them because the N54 turbo engine was unsafe. If it were me I'd just swap out the turbo for a trust worthy one from a brand like Garrett. |

Yeah I read online the same thing you just said its true the turbos are no good on the 335i, I rather just get the m3 so I don't have to deal with the hassle once it blows up. Currently im on offer up and craigslist looking for something I like but so far everything I've come across has over 130k miles so im being smart and taking my time because I know the parts for this car cost an arm and a leg. |

Check Bring a trailer. You might get lucky on there. |

so after doing research and speaking to a few 335i owners, I decided its not the car I want since its unsure the problems it may give me being said that the turbos are no good in those cars. What do you think when it comes down to the hellcat. I am thinking about financing a corvette z06 or a Hellcat, price difference isn't a problem as I got a loan for 150k last week. So whats your opinion on those two whips?
